1. Organic Zone as Your Organic Partner:

Organic Zone is an integrated organic agriculture product and service provider. By engaging with Organic Zone, consumers agree to purchase farm products exclusively from our registered group of farmers, suppliers, franchisees, and agents associated with Org Zone.

2. Acknowledgment of Agricultural Risks:

Consumers understand that agriculture involves inherent risks and uncertainties, including climate changes, water availability, labor fluctuations, and pest/disease occurrences. Consequently, the quantity, quality, and consistency of the farm produce cannot be guaranteed.

3. Authenticity Verification:

Organic Zone verifies and ensures the authenticity of farm produce and other products supplied by our network of farmers, suppliers, franchisees, and agents.

4. Quality Control Measures:

Organic Zone, acting in its capacity as a protocol, conducts routine quality control checks to ensure that the farmers supplying to Org Zone adhere to organic farming practices.

5. Consumer Registration:

Consumers wishing to join Organic Zone can register online , gaining access to a range of organic products, including fruits, vegetables, exotic produce, groceries, home care items, snacks, instant food products, bakery, and cookies. Registration is also available through our Android and iOS apps.

6. Geographical Limitations:

Consumers can purchase only organic groceries and other products, as fresh fruits and vegetables are limited to the city.

7. Secure Payment Gateway:

Organic Zone uses its official payment gateway, ensuring the security of online transactions. We do not have access to or store any credit card or debit card data of our customers.

8. Transparent Pricing:

All prices listed on our platform are inclusive of government taxes, where applicable.

Shipping, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

1. Weight Consistency Disclaimer:

Fresh produce may experience weight reduction during shipping. Organic Zone cannot guarantee weight consistency due to adverse weather conditions or other agricultural factors. Any impact on supply, be it deficit or surplus, will be shared equally among Organic Zone consumers.

2. Delivery Procedures:

If you are not available during delivery, your basket will be delivered to a designated person of your choice (neighbor or security guard). Contact us at +91-7010512303 for any specific instructions.

3. Undelivered or Deficit Supply:

In the event of undelivered items or a deficit in quantity, Org Zone commits to supply the missing items or quantities in the subsequent delivery. If unable to fulfill within 07 days, a refund for the deficit quantity will be processed within 3 to 21 days.

4. Quality Concerns:

For spoiled, damaged, or unsatisfactory items, replacement requests should be made within 2 days (perishables) or 7 days (non-perishables) of receiving the order. If replacement is not feasible, a refund will be initiated within 3 to 21 days.

5. Order Cancellation:

Customers can cancel orders on the same day by contacting our customer care team. Payments made for the canceled order will be refunded.

6. Refund Requests:
